We usually ship with Deutsche Post / DHL. Please refer to their website for estimated delivery dates.

For shipment class LETTER/S – through Deutsche Post.
By default (if you haven’t chosen to pay extra services for shipping) we will send you a Basic shipment tracking code which only documents the processing of the shipment in the start and destination mail center. For letters sent abroad, shipment tracking is documented until it is forwarded abroad. If you need proof of delivery, we recommend sending a registered letter.
For all other shipment classes, orders don’t include a tracking number, unless you specifically pay extra for a registered item. Please take into consideration that this items are not insured in case of loss or delays.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you are an entrepreneur (see section 1.2 of our terms and conditions) within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply. For consumers (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed) applies:
Right of withdrawal
Most of our items are handcrafted to order, specifically for you. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or defective. This exclusion from the right of withdrawal applies to all personalised or custom-made goods (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). This includes made-to-order items.
For ready-to-ship items (if applicable), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos of the issue. We will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item, and reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone or e-mail) of your decision

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Ask us any questions before ordering, so we may avoid any misunderstanding.
Consequences of the withdrawal – Refund Timeline
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract for your refund to be issued. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
This timeframe allows us to thoroughly inspect the returned product and ensure it meets our return criteria. You will be notified once your refund has been processed.”
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Due to the limited availability and personalised nature of our workshops, purchased workshop tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. However, tickets are fully transferable. If you are sick or unable to attend a workshop, you may sell or gift your ticket to another person. Please notify us of the transfer at least 1 day prior to the workshop date, providing the new participant’s full name and contact information.
Our workshops are events (similar to concerts or movie tickets), so rebooking is not mandatory. In urgent cases, please email us at hola@lamaleathergoods.com and we will try to find a solution for you.
If a workshop has to be canceled because the instructor is ill or the minimum number of participants hasn’t been reached, you won’t be left empty-handed. In this case, we’ll immediately send you a voucher that you can use to book a new date, another workshop, or even a product from our shop.
